But if you have to use the CDC, then my first guess is 2 possible errors.

I load the CDs and on the radio use the S button until it shows LOADING, but after a few seconds nothing happens and it switches back to the radio.

I have a 6 dic CD changer. I load the CDs and on the radio use the S button until it shows LOADING, but after a few seconds nothing happens and it switches back to the radio. Any ideas of what might be wrong? Thanks

No, I don't think so, but will check later this evening. We just recently purchased this car, and the Porsche pre-inspection that was done did not check this out - and we simply forgot to test it. I'm hoping we're just doing something wrong.

One word......iPod. But if you have to use the CDC, then my first guess is 2 possible errors. (1) Inserted incorrectly and (2) A "burned" CD from your computer since the CDC's have trouble with them.

Daaaah.....upside down cds! The ipod is the way to go.
