0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Suspected cause

It was probably the first time I operated the pass.window after a battery drainage I had a couple of weeks ago, so I guess it acted as a faulty end-point programming.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Hi, Had a bit of a mishap yesterday, pulled down the passenger side window, only the thing was I had a camera attached to the window. Window stopped after an inch, I pulled it up, blamed my friend and forgot about it. Now the window wont come down more than an inche, about the same as when it got stuck on the camera mount (slightly below the automatic drop position). It is almost as if it has reprogrammed itselft to a new, much to early, endpoint. No rubber seal seems to be rolled or jammed. Tried to pull the fuse for a couple of minutes, with no luck. Can I reset this myself in any other way or do I need to see a dealer for a windows module reset??

POST 3Original post

You didn't mention if you followed the procedure described in your Owner's manual or if you had tried the solutions mentioned here previously. Let us know if those work or not.

POST 4Original post

Neither. I read this thread at renntech: Window Problem - RennTech.org Forums

POST 5Original post

And the answer was here and in your glove box and you searched over there...for shame
