Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Has anyone fitted 19" wheels to their 996tt? If so what type and did you have to use spacers? What ET should the 19" wheels be? If you have any pics could you please post them as I'm looking for ideas kind rgards

POST 2Original post

My car has 19inch Kahns. No spacers. perfect fit. Car came with them so I dont know if they are made specifically for the 996tt. Could well be. Edited to add that the rear tyres are 315s so they fill the arches pretty much perfectly.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I bought a set of Vossen 077 19" wheels but have run into problems the front wheels are a ET50 and are touching the caliper! Going to return them now well annoyed!

POST 4Original post

Not a popular option with dealers when it comes to resale as per the piece in Octobers '911 & Porsche World' (page 127). To quote : ''The 18 inch alloys look fantastic, but never put 19 inch wheels on a 996''. Doesn't mention models though and you can always swap them back I suppose

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
