Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

33 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

 • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

An Aero kit and some X73... Warning: Pics are large: http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_1.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_2.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_3.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_4.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_5.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_6.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_7.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_8.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_9.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/aero_10.jpg The rear wheels and tires may look "odd", as they're snow tires/wheels and are inset in the rear.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks! It's the Porsche OEM C4S Aero kit.

POST 6Original post

Very nice. Where did you get the kit? I am thinking of doing the same thing but I heard they were hard to find.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I got it from Suncoast and they gave me a really good deal. Won't say how much, but speak with Ben and he'll take care of you.

POST 8Original post

Pictures are best when scalled to 800x600 or smaller. Nice wing.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Sorry, I know the pictues are huge. I personally find it frustrating when researching stuff on the web and come across pictures that are so small you can't see details. In IE, under Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Enable Automatic Image Resizing (under Multimedia) will scale them to your browser window.

POST 10Original post

Nice! I like the wing also. I'm waiting for my partial aero kit (also a christmas present) to arrive and would go for that wing on my C2 if I could find one.

POST 11Original post

Could you post bigger pics, I really cant see any details in those. j/k

POST 12Original post

i use a 30 inch dell screen for my computer.... so i need them bigger........ !!!! anyways, love the new ride.....CONGRATS

POST 13Original post

To be honest I looked at the first one and gave in... smaller would be better.

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Okay... Okay... Here's the smaller versions: http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_1_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_2_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_3_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_4_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_5_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_6_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_7_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_8_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_9_sm.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/Aero_10_sm.jpg

If you take these URLs and stick a " in the back, they will show up in your post

POST 18Original post

Nice! So, what's the name of the wing? That's OEM?

POST 19Original post

Awesome! Thanks for posting the pics. I have a new to me 996 and it's great to see all the potential things I can do.

POST 20 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The "wing" is the C4S Aero kit and Porsche OEM. Here's the installation instructions which has part numbers for the various pieces. The part number for the whole kit is shown at the beginning of the document. http://www.zvolution.com/misc/c4s_aero_kit.pdf

POST 22Original post

Hold on, so is your car a C4S, or a C2 dressed up like a C4S?

POST 25Original post

Wow, what great improvement on an already amazing vehicle. Sweeet ride!!

POST 26Original post

Quick before shot? To compare with after? Hawt!

POST 27Original post

Man, you guys are just a bunch of Pic ******! I, for one, am certainly NOT a Pic *****.... I am a Pic ****!... I do it for free, just because I like it!

POST 28Original post

Very nice Aero! Absolutely beautiful. You might consider some spacers to bring your wheels out a bit. 7mm front, 15mm rear seem to be a popular size combo for these cars/wheels.

POST 29 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the compliments gang!!! Sorry... Don't have any "dedicated" before pics. I do have a couple of "okay" pics from the last DE that might be useful: http://www.zvolution.com/misc/putnam.jpg http://www.zvolution.com/misc/putnamII.jpg

POST 30Original post

Wow ... I generally felt yellow doesn't go with Porsches. You just changed my opinion. SEXY looking car dude. Congrats and merry christmas to you !

POST 31Original post

Wow...Nice tape job But you missed the wheels and windshield though Common areas that receive damage on the track

POST 32 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Certainly not as bad as these guys... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1163644015.jpg Found the pic in this post: https://rennlist.com/forums/racing-and-drivers-education-forum/312369-blue-man-group-does-their-first-de.html

POST 33Original post

Good lord, after seeing those guys, it time to buy stock in blue tape. I have never had any problems with crap hitting the car the track. One time a piece of rubber shaped like a Twizzler flew in between the window net and A pillar and lodged between my brow and my sunglasses with my helmet on. That was odd. It would almost make sense to blue tape the entire car for my commute on the 5 though.
