Some of you will replace just the electric part , others might replace the lock .. this is what we do . I don't like struggling under a dashboard upside down .. i don't like hassle .. so this is what i do .. best time for me .. 45 mins .. expect 1.5 - 2 hours to do this though as after all .. there is no rush . X2 torx screws T 20 one behind the hazard light switch cover .. trim tool to remove that and one behind the mic grill on the o/s , a small pick pulls that out . Cluster up , push it , its clipped in place .. cloth or tape under the right side and unplug the cluster .. As per picture move it onto a towel on the dash .. don't bother unplugging the hazard light switch .. it's a pain . Plastic trim around the column , undo screws and it will bend off of the column , it's not pleasant and be careful of marking the dash but it will bend off to the o/s and be removed . Undo as per pictures . Cursory of Sp1ke .
