Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Thingsgo slower out here in the country than they do for you big city types but I finally got a chance to see and touch the Cayman in real life. It was -2 degrees this a.m. with a 15mph wind blowing but my dealer said the Cayman was in the showroom so I made the 110 mile round trip drive to take a look. I was not disappointed - it is a stunning looker. The only suprise to me was how small the rear stroage area is. It sure looked larger in the photos. The only adjustment I'm going to have to make is in moving my feet around in a very footwell. Smaller shoes are going to be required. My cowboy boots just don't work. The front looks terrific to me and of course the rear is just seductive. Looking closely at the so called gap between the tire and body I didn't find any complaints. Mine will not get lowered anymore. It is tight enough to slip into it as it is. So the wait becomes more difficult. Oh they had a Carrera GT next to it. That was a bit unfair to the Cayman until you check the prices of the two... Edited by - Santa Fe on 12/08/2005 12:57:00 PM

Congrats SF! I am happy that you finally got your show car. I bought a pair of Ferrari driving tennis shoes and they are great. I can see how you would have a problem with boots. You will have to keep the boots in that small storage space in the rear. Aloha Russ

POST 3Original post

Congrats Santa Fe, as an FYI my local dealer still doesn't have their car, but other dealers in my area do so your dealer wasn't the last...
