You leave the car with their bodyshop, they send the wheels away whilst keeping your car under cover in their bodyshop, wheels come back, inspect the refurb quality before putting the wheels back and charge you very competitively per wheel.

Hi All, I am based in Herts, I have a C4S with Turbo Twists (C4S original, not Hollow). Two of the wheels are peeling - the coating is flaking off - too much wheel clean chemicals I assume. Is there a recommended refurb place in Herts? Paul

Chris W at Exel wheels is a good place to start, he will come to you and give you some loaners if you need the car. Otherwise await suggestions from some locals :thumb:

The Wheel Specialists (TWS) are very good. Nationwide franchise. I have used both the Chester and the Manchester branches for different cars. Chester used to get a lot of the work from Porsche Chester. Not sure if they still do - but certainly Porsche Chester were very happy with them. They were looking to bring some cosmetic works in-house a year or so back - detailing etc. Also consider using your nearest Porsche-approved bodyshop. My local one (Road and Race Restoration) outsource it to a wheel refurbish company in Manchester. You leave the car with their bodyshop, they send the wheels away whilst keeping your car under cover in their bodyshop, wheels come back, inspect the refurb quality before putting the wheels back and charge you very competitively per wheel. And they will give you a courtesy car throughout the duration - in Manchester they were giving out Mercedes A180/A200.
