Upside, used the video etc for taking off the front end (including the "***** " screw) took a while due to a few bits being very rusted (read 3 hrs!!) but now have my very own mini compost heap in my bin...

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Guys, Had a bit of a faff today, ordered 2 condensors for my air con for the C4S from Europarts went to pick them up and they are the C2S type. So now the young gentleman is getting me 2 Turbo Condensors from Wembly to arrive tomorrow, fingers crossed they are the correct ones as the car is in bits in my garage..... Upside, used the video etc for taking off the front end (including the "***** " screw) took a while due to a few bits being very rusted (read 3 hrs!!) but now have my very own mini compost heap in my bin... if you have done this job you will know of what i speak.... this really should be a 2/3 yearly task to stop your rads/condensors turning to mush... anyone elase done this job?? Oh yes anyone got the part number for the little green O rings whilst i am at it? and where do i get them? As always thanks guys, regards Paul

POST 2Original post

Bruised my arms last weekend reaching beyond the elbow to pull out the fag butts, dead insects, feathers, rotting leaves, soil, grit and other assorted road debris. Yes, I know about hovering, but the crap was too wedged to budge. Inspecting the flow vectors the incoming fluid follows, I was sure Porsche could have had a future designing trawler nets to catch every marine creature known (and unknown) to man. Why oh why is there no cut out in the bottom corner of the air guides to allow all the crap to drop out?

POST 3Original post

Air o-rings Hi the part number for the o-rings are 99970743441 try your local OPC or US. One suggestion while you have got the front bumper off you could fit mesh grilles to the inside of the bumper protects the rads Here a link to them http://www.design911.co.uk/fu/pt715...1-2005/Spoilers---Aero-Kits/Protective-Grill/

POST 4Original post

Hello Design911, I would be interested in a set for my car. It has the Cup Aerokit (GT3-a-like) and the X51 option, so it does have THREE rads to protect (as GT3 or Tip). Do I order the GT3 part number or C4 part number? Code: 99650532001 http://www.design911.co.uk/fu/pt715...999-02/Spoilers---Aero-Kits/Protective-Grill/ OR Code: 99650532004 http://www.design911.co.uk/fu/pt715...-08-01/Spoilers---Aero-Kits/Protective-Grill/ Also - do you hold these in stock? (I would like to collect) Thanks

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 6Original post

Got them in stock Hi if you have a GT3 front bumper go for the GT3 one, most of these are in stock and are made for the bumper type or bumper model.
