Suggestion
Once this side is down, the three remaining pieces of masking tape can be removed, and the graphic bent back ( remember do not fold ) the backing sheet peeled off, the area to have graphic applied to sprayed lightly as before and again using the Application pad / Creit Card, gently smooth down.

I only want the word 'Carerra' and in the style of the Cayman retro side graphics.
I have found a few places that do just 'Carrera' for older 911's but not for 996.
Any ideas?
Thanks for the suggestions of suppliers, got them through the post Monday.
Next question is about fitting them, anyone had a go at it and can give some tips to avoid creases and air bubbles?
Firstly clean ( do not polish) thoroughly ensuring no little pieces of grime are on the pain where graphic is to be positioned. Position graphics carefully using pieces of masking Tape, ( Position both sides to ensure they are both in the same position. When fixing into position with Masking tape use minimum of 4 pieces, one at top centre, another at bottom edge centre and one at either end of graphic.
Tools needed, Plant spray bottle with a mix of Water with a couple of drops of Washing up liquid in it ( enough to create bubbles when shaken.).
Application pad ( can use Credit Card but available from any Sign Shop )
Scissors.
Remove right hand end piece of maskiing tape, bend back graphic ( Do not Fold), peel away the Silicone backing sheet exposing the sticky side of graphic and cut off the part of the backing sheet now loose. ( This relies on the graphic being held with a Carrier sheet ( Low tack sticky ) if no carrier sheet you wont be able to do this, and need to get local sign shop to cover graphic with Application Carrier sheet.
Spray lightly ( v fine mist ) the area the exposed part of the graphic is to be stuck to and gendly smooth the graphic down using Application pad / Credit Card. ( Dont rush this as the more air and water you can squeeze out the better.
Once this side is down, the three remaining pieces of masking tape can be removed, and the graphic bent back ( remember do not fold ) the backing sheet peeled off, the area to have graphic applied to sprayed lightly as before and again using the Application pad / Creit Card, gently smooth down.
Now gently spray the application Carrier sheet with the water/washing up liquid mix, leave for 3 mins (approx) and gently roll it off the affixed graphic taking care not to pull the graphic off the car ( graphic will not be fully stuck down as some moisture will be remaining under the adhesive )
Once Carrier sheet removed then gently smooth down the graphic to remover further water.
Graphic should stick firm by next morning providing temp not below freezing.
Do not power wash for a week and enjoy.
