My 2006 Cayman S battery died and I had to jump the front hood reset in the fuse box to open it. Once the battery was replaced the airbag icon stayed one. How do you reset it? Anything to do with the fuse box?

You need a Porsche -specific diagnostics tool to reset it. AFAIK - all airbag systems work this way. Once a fault is seen it can only be reset with a diagnostics tool. As mentioned - the Foxwell NT- 530 is a good tool for this use, and cheaper than one visit to the dealer.
