The other day during a long run when I came to a stoplight my 2007 Cayman S (245K miles)was surrounded by blue smoke. Pulled over and had it towed home after midnight. Smoke was coming from the right side of the car not the exhaust. Started it an pulled it into the garage the next day. Today I opened things up and the leak appears to be from the area of the AOS. It was a sizeable leak making a puddle about 3 feet around. The AOS and the upper connection were clean. The accordion line that connects to the lower connection where it passes across from the AOS was covered with fresh oil. It it possible for this line to leak that much oil or should I be looking for another source?
I'm planning on replacing the AOS as it has about 50k miles on it since the engine was rebuilt. I'm also planning on replacing the hoses. The parts book shows a single hose from the lower connection that from what I can tell extends under the intake manifold. Does someone know where this ends and what's involved in replacing it?
So I replaced the aos and all the hoses but the leak continues. I'm thinking valve cover or possibly the oil fill hose unless there is some other source. Been busy with other things and i'll be doing further investigation. Any suggestions for other places to look would be appreciated.

I had to put this project aside but got back to it today. The spray body powder helped a lot. I think I've found the source of the leak. It is a bolt that spins located below and slightly to the right of the AOS (blue arrow) in the attached photo. It leaks steadily when you keep the engine at 3,000 rpm and sprays oil everywhere. Can someone confirm what this is.
I've been searching for photos of this side of the engine. It appears that a plug is missing. Could it be that simple?
