Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Maybe try disconnect the door looms from the A-pillar (open the door, the Black coregated tubing above the lower door hinge held in by 1 Torx screw) clean terminals & spray with WD40, reconnect.

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

First point of call was change the fob battery, that made no difference, it turned out it was a faulty siren unit in the end.

Is yours still switching off on the fob?
I have noticed you made a comment in the earlier thread about central locking problems? This would no doubt be related.
There is a link somewhere to download the Cannells PDF Alarm system diagnosis, I will try to find it :thumb:
Cheers for the replies guys, and for that site for the manuals is a top recommendation, Ta... i will try and mill my way thru the diagnosis and see where it takes me..

I will have a look at the door looms tonight as per your suggesion and see if there is anything there.
Cheers
Well a removal of all connecters to the control box under the seat and reseating them seems to have cured the problem, no more annoying random alarms
Cheers
