PO put some hot bulbs in the fog lamps, and I have melted lenses, getting tired of them, does anyone have lenses for a 2003?

i need several pair of the inner lenses - that's the one that is burnt on several sets of lights I've had to retire. I bought one set from someone here 4-5 years back on the Parts For Sale Board, so they are out there somewhere. Anyone have any ideas? Bueller? Bueller? Anyone? Anyone?
