can anybody give advice on this subject please, i have a 04 996 turbo with x-50 pack, so should have 450ishbhp! i have seen a place that are doing remaps that say i will get between 520-530bhp and an extra 90nm, is this possible? and could someone tell me what parts are changed when the x-50 pack is put on at the factory, this is our first porsche so am a bit of a novice in what these cars can have done to them safetly.

I understand the major difference with the X50 are larger Turbo's.... I had a DMS remap done on my standard 996tt a few weeks ago at DMS, they claim to give me a little over 500bhp plus the increased torque and absolutley love it, the sheer grunt the car now has is amazing, can't stop grinning when you nail it!! cheers Jells

The last two links are from the RR (rolling road) day company 12 of us went on a few weeks back. So you get a dyno proving before and after (some cars produce a higher than manufacturer published outputs anyway)
