Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

So this weekend was a busy weekend. Tore apart the boxster for its interior upgrade. What was changed: 1) Elise seats stripped down, new foam fitted and covered in blue alcantara 2) roll bar padding in blue alcantara (previously had anthracite) 3) dash center strip (under vents and cup holder covers) covered in blue alcantara (preciously I had used anthracite) 4) strip under shifter...you guess it blue alcantara 5) this one has been a love or hate it so give your opinions - top of the instrument cluster in blue alcantara I’m loving the way it looks and it’s much cleaner install than the previous backed anthracite alcantara I had used. The seats are much more comfortable because they actually have some padding. There is one layer of 1/4” Eva over the whole seat, a second layer of 1/4” from just above the lumbar pad to the whole seat bottom, 1/2” Eva lumbar pad, and then 1/2” of firm upholstery foam over everything. I have photos of each layer prior to trimming I can share if anyone is interested.

POST 2Original post

Looks great! I love that you have found a material/color that you like and have tastefully continued it throughout the cabin. Maybe it's just me, but I would love to see your brake calipers finished with that same color blue.

POST 3Original post

Thank you very much. I hadn’t thought of the brakes but that’s a really good idea. I’ll have to talk to my powdercoater to see if he has a blue that will match
