Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoqjmhDgrFI&li... brilliant series of an accident damaged 992 having a total tear down and rebuild. highlights how modular the cars are build.

POST 4Original post

Not as charismatic as Matt Armstrong but that guy goes into so much more detail. That’s a hell of a lot of work for a ‘cheap’ gt3, feel it’s more I want to see if I can do this rather than, it’s the only way of affording one.

I have been watching it,very good with no blithering idiots wooping,or silly giggles, adverts etc.You can speed through some of the slower parts,i was interested to watch as porsche say you can change the front tub of a cup car in the paddock with glue and rivets! On the 992.The construction of the shell is certainly complex today for passenger safety, abit different to my 1973 model. Good oh salvage dealers, that old trick lets make the car not look so damaged by packing wings out etc. Thanks for posting.

POST 6Original post

It is a good video. How funny, I looked at a car from that dealership/seller about 6 months ago. Now that I see that they rebuild cars, I probably would no longer look at them for cars. They have a few advertised right now on cargurus here in the USA... eek. Always good cars but.... you never know...
