All, I need some advice about replacing the CDR23 head unit in my 03 911. I have the Porsche sound system with the additional speakers and an amp in case that makes a difference. I hear this can be complicated and wondered if anyone can make it any clearer. Also, can anyone recommend people in the North West to do this for me? Thanks in advance for our held. Simon

As it's the CDR23 you have the MOST fibre optic setup which has very few upgrade options. suggest you do a search on the forum first, there are several threads relating to this. Some have totally replaced the HI FI system, wiring and speakers to give greater freedom of choice. Depends how far you want to go and how deep your pockets are.
