I have a 981 GT4 which I hill climb and damaged my exhaust system (but little else) during my last run reversing over a tyre wall.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I wanted to give a positive review on Sam and his team at No5 Garage in Acton West London. I have a 981 GT4 which I hill climb and damaged my exhaust system (but little else) during my last run reversing over a tyre wall. Sam and team helped me solve the problems, getting a new system installed, getting the car properly checked and serviced and back in time for the last event of the season. I appreciate that many of you will be tied into the dealer network through warranties etc. but for those with older cars I would recommend a visit if you are West London based. I am not sure if we are meant to post reviews here but I can't see any harm in saying something good about a specialist before returning to the important and enjoyable discussions of 'Which dog goes best in a GT3 with a red leather interior'; 'Porsche Taycan prices is armageddon upon us?' and 'Why did Snowy get a GT4 without a leather interior, does he know his car is pretty much worthless?'. I hope some of you try them. Thank you No5.

I'm West London based and also own an older 981, so this is very good to know. Thanks a lot for the heads up
