For those that have done the cruise control retrofit - the instructions say for the connection between the DME and instrument cluster - for a blue connector use pin 16, for a black connector use pin 17...but I've got both on my 2000 C2!

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Hi, For those that have done the cruise control retrofit - the instructions say for the connection between the DME and instrument cluster - for a blue connector use pin 16, for a black connector use pin 17...but I've got both on my 2000 C2! Any idea which it is? Thanks (edit - don't know why the pic is upside down!)

Woah! Suggest you press the gravity normailzer button before you go any further. Normally on the right side of the horseshoe. Paul

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

For anyone looking in the future for this configuration it's the blue connector, pin 16. Shout out to MDB Diagnostics for the info!
