Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

14 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Been posting for quite a while, but wanted to say hi and tell everyone how incredibly helpful this site is. I bought my '04 C4S from Isringhausen in IL with 1100 miles around 6 months ago, and just use the car as a weekend toy - it's still not hit 2K yet. Yeah, I know, these cars should be 'driven like there's no tomorrow.' Oh well, it's my first Porsche and I love owning it. It's pretty much what I would have ordered had I bought new. I did add an OEM SSK which is the best - next mod (this week hopefully) to be clear corners, and a factory thicker steering wheel. It does have a 3M clearbra which I'm OK with, but probably wouldn't have bought. The car is solid as a rock with no significant issues to date. For anyone with a Porsche considering joining Rennlist - just do it - it's worth the small investment many times over. Thanks again to others for their comments and support!! [IMG] [/IMG]

That is such a nice color, Phil. And I can't believe an '04 still has less than 2k miles!

POST 3Original post

Hey Phil, I believe I've passed you a couple of times in the Horsham area.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yep - look for my car when the sun is out

POST 5Original post

I drive mine every day that the weather is not wet... white 996. There are only 2 of us in the area and the other is a cab, so I'm easy to see. My car is going in for it's annual service soon and will be off the road within a few weeks.

Phil - Newbie to newbie, Welcome. I like the Atlas Grey. It looks like it has a little blue in it.

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

In the sun, it has a bluish/purple hue. Great color IMO. I love the car completely. Phil
