This is not a probability of success.

I gave it a try, however no Cayman listed yet so I used a Boxster S, and it seem to come out kind of high.

I have used these figures to get an idea of what my lease payments would be if I choose to lease.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

As far as the risdual, not yet, I keep asking, but they tell me it is still not available.

POST 1Original post

I am currently considering buying v. leasing. Has anyone received the residual value for the Cayman S from their dealers?? ps my car is officially on the boat!! /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/beer2.gif

POST 2Original post

Not yet but my dealer spoke of a 'special financial' package being annouced in a couple of weeks'. Might want to find out what that is before deciding.

POST 3Original post

cayman06, Congrats! As far as the risdual, not yet, I keep asking, but they tell me it is still not available. I was also told by my dealer that it could be somewhere around 60% of the cost of the vehicle with a money factor of .00333. I have used these figures to get an idea of what my lease payments would be if I choose to lease. Russ

POST 4Original post

You might also go to the Porsche Website and use their payment calculator... it will ask you to choose a car and tansmission type, which will plug in a price of the car figure... change that figure to the cost of your ordered Caymen, fill in a down payment, if any, and hit submit... it will give you a payment and residual. My dealer says the residuals are a pretty standard percentage on all their cars. Not sure if that's correct, but that's what they said. This should get you in the ballpark Brad

POST 5Original post

Thanks Brad, I gave it a try, however no Cayman listed yet so I used a Boxster S, and it seem to come out kind of high. Maybe the Cayman will have a better residual. I guess we will have to wait and see. My dealer said that they usually wait right up to the launch date to annouce their terms and deals. Russ
