Suggestion

It sounds like your rear drains could be blocked, I would check the carpet behind the front seats to see if they are wet as the next step from that is fried electronics under the passenger seat.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The other day i drove to the local tesco in my C4 cab, and when i returned to the car and put seat belt on, i noticed it was wet. I assumed that i must have trapped it in the door, thus it hanging out side the car when i was in the shop ?? Anyway, got in it today to drive home and it was wet again, defo inside the car all day. Any ideas on how this is happening ?? Not had a chance to look at it as it was about 8pm so dark Dai

POST 2Original post

If the carpet is wet could be water getting in from the roof. Check the bottom of the door card, if thats wet then the membrane behind it will need replacing. Use the search funtion at the top of the page as I think someone else had a similar prob on a cab. TB
