Hi all, I have a 2005 987 2.7 and there is a setting on the headlight switch that says 'auto'. In the 981 this automatically turns the headlights on and off but doesn't seem to do the same in the 987? What does this mode do please? Cheers, Rich

I never used the mode, always manually turned off and on but I'm sure the owners manual will say. I'm guessing it simply left courtesy lights on for some period of time after you shut the car off. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk

Does it say AUTO or HOME? The HOME function will turn your lights on for 30 seconds when you get out of the car so you have light to see.
