Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 2Original post

Yes you have to remove the light cluster, get the rear boot(?) lid up and undo the fixings (assuming it's the same as a 997).

POST 3Original post

Light out job but easy Open engine lid and you will see a securing bolt. I think it has a T27 Torx drive, simply remove that bolt. The unit is hooked in and can be stiff so *better be safe than sorry* mask all round the light to avoid scratching the paintwork. Then pull on the light unit on the side you just removed the bolt. It will come out about 2 - 3" then it will unhook from the other end... the rest is self explanitory. Regards Lloyd

POST 4Original post

Its dead easy just as Lloyd says. All in the owners manual (as are all bulb changes) If you dont have one definitely worth a trip to the opc or ebay.

POST 5Original post
