Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

It used to be a filling station, it looks scruffy on the outside, it's run by an old Norfolk boy, and they breed pheasant chicks under incubator lights as a sideline!.

Premier Bodyshop is about an hour away and they come highly recommended - think they might even collect - but not sure how cheap they are :dont know:

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I took the car to the local OPC here in Cambridge and got a quote for getting it fixed (£525+vat).
After a year of owning my 911 and backing it into a tight garage, I have had a lapse in concentration and ding'd the front left wing! At the top of the arch i have scuffed the paint through the lacquer and down into the paint and have a shallow but visible dent there.
I am kicking myself but now the milk is spilt.

Has anyone got any recommendations for independent bodywork in the Cambridge area?

It was the Harston Approved Bodyshop (just outside Cambridge) that I got the quote from. The only reason to start there was to get a worst case scenario on price. Thanks for the response I am certainly looking at the alternatives
If it's any help at all I collected some similar damage on the Jaguar by backing into a low wall.
In the next village (We are talking commuting distance from Cambridge, my wife does it every day) there is a dedicated body shop. It used to be a filling station, it looks scruffy on the outside, it's run by an old Norfolk boy, and they breed pheasant chicks under incubator lights as a sideline!.
The job they did was excellent and cost a couple of hundred. The colour match on gold metallic is perfect.
