Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I didnt look at the feedback, I received the item quickly (ordered another set too for my brothers car!) I can only go by personal experience and I think they are great!

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Anyone who owns a 996 without Litronics will know where Im coming from when I say the standard headlights are nothing but rubbish!!!
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HID-XENON-CON...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item53dc19ed12
Have a look at this! I purchased last week, delivered at the weekend (Item from UK not China!) and fitted. They are simply the cheapest
(£38.99 inc delivery)
and in my opinion the best upgrade for any 996 with standard headlights!
Took 15mins to fit both sides and they give you xenon visability and look. The only thing it wont have is self levelling but hey that doesnt matter!
TIP -----> Dont search in ebay using "Porsche" the bulbs are H7's and u just need to search for this if not using my link. If you search for "Porsche H7 Conversion" or something similar you will be paying double!!
Hope this helps someone!

Hi
They look great. thanks for the link. Why does the self levelling get disabled when fitted? Is the same true for a 993 which has a wheel to move the lamps?
Berni
Hi Berni. Xenon headlamps usually come with self levelling whereas standard halogen lights dont (there is usually a manual adjustment in the car) I was just stating the difference between factory xenons and this kit.
 Cheers Matt
V easy to fit..... simply plug and play, they just plug into your existing looms.
Hi Doug.... The balasts arent big? around the size of an iphone but a bit thicker.
They fit in straight in behind the lights themselves sort of tucked down in by the wheel arch. I have driven the car a bit since fitting to see if the rattle about or anything but they seem perfect!
No space taken up in the front boot area!!! :hand:
Cool - I'm tempted to give them a shot. I was going to buy some of the Philips Nightbreaker bulbs for about the same price. The Philips are not as bright, but technically legal. Still, for £40 it's worth the punt!
H7s arent illegal, these lights are fully road legal. I didnt look at the feedback, I received the item quickly (ordered another set too for my brothers car!) I can only go by personal experience and I think they are great!

Yeah I have just looked at his feedback..... its 99.6% positive?!? Yeah there are bad ones but anyone can look at those and not the good ones. With the amount this ebayer sells he is never going to please 100% of people 100% of the time!
p.s just read all that back and just to say that I have no connection with this person if some people are thinking i have lol! I have just had great service and like the post said I think its the best £40 i have ever spent!
I'd beg to differ, Matt. I don't think these are legal. Have a look at the following:
