Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I feel a faint clunking feeling through the dead pedal while I am driving. Doesn't necessarily have to be a bumpy road. Is that normal or should I alert my dealer?

POST 2Original post

Does not seem normal to me. What does "clunk" mean. Is it a sound or something you feel?

POST 3Original post

Something I feel. Almost like a tapping, but without a constant rythmn.

POST 4Original post

Does it occur when you go over small bumps or divots in the road? I had the same problem in my Boxster S and it turned out to be a suspension problem. I took her into the shop and they had to replace a link or something in the front. Sorry but I can't remember the exact part.
