I jump started the car, drove it to buy a battery & changed the battery.

After the battery died on my 2006 Cayman S & I tried to start it with no luck. I jump started the car, drove it to buy a battery & changed the battery. After changing the battery the airbag light was on as well as a System Fault Error. The Windows for both driver and passenger would not work (from either side) along with the power mirrors would not adjust either and the central locking will not lock the doors. I also noticed neither puddle light would work. The airbag light was cleared using a Snap-On scan tool by a friend. I checked all the fuses & they all are still in tact. No other function/feature is acting up. Is there a shared relay, connector, or fuse that is not in the footwell box? Any info would help.

I would think fuses. Check the fuse schema. If doors are all on the same fuse...

Battery ground is clean and getting a good connection. Car starts perfectly and all other electronics work great. Central Lock has it's own fuse, Windows have their own fuse for each door, and all are not an issue, however I did replace them to test and no issues with the fuses. Once you remove the fuse panel cover there is a big connector towards the firewall that handles the driver door and is assume the passenger as well. I couldn't disconnect the connection as it's a bit complicated and in a tight spot. Edit: I was able to fix the connector and found that I was getting power but no ground. Found the auxiliary ground on the negative terminal to be slightly frayed further down the wire causing it to not ground correctly resulting in the system fault, locks, windows, and mirrors not working but the car would still function besides that. Hopefully this helps someone if they have the same issue
