Has anyone used this vendor to repair a cloudy rear view mirror? My shipment arrived at their facility last week and so far I have received no communication that the unit was received and also not getting responses to my email/voicemail inquiring about status updates.
The website claims one day turnaround but found a few threads on ******** and, in a recent one from Aug ’22, the OP said it took a month to get the mirror returned — wish I had seen that one before I sent the mirror out.

In looking at the website - the address given is a home in a private rather upscale looking (Zillow values the home at $1,600,000) development. My WAG is - the company is one chap doing mirrors part-time in his basement. There was the famous cartoon at the beginning of the web:
Somehow I think this might be the case. And if it is - any number of things might delay processing and shipping your mirror, from Covid illnesses to personal issues, or perhaps his work wants him back in the office. I'm just guessing that based on where he lives he isn't out to commit mail fraud (you did mail it to him right?) and you'll eventually hear back or get your mirror back. Hopefully.
Yeah, I hope to get it back.. Eventually... Will update the thread back with any new developments.
PS: yes, I mailed the mirror and have tracking showing it was left on the porch; didn’t think to specify signature delivery and that’s an oversight on my end.
I got my

mirror done. Excellent and fast.
Good know… I got a call back a few days after I left a voicemail and looks like my order is
next
in line yay
Wanted to follow-up on this as I got the mirror back last week and finally had a chance to install it a few days ago. Overall, happy with the workmanship and would recommend this vendor.
Total turnaround including shipment from my end was a little over 2 weeks but New Year’s holiday was in between so that would have added a few days at least.
