Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Not too bad. I had a few metal clips break and unfortunately the passenger side plastic visor cover split in half and broke. No biggie though. I took the liner out through the rear hatch but put it back in through the driver door. Not sure how that worked..... The worst parts (for me anyhow) was scrubbing off the old foam, and lastly getting the drivers side visor screw to thread. The rest really was easy. I used a black suede piece off Amazon and the 3M 38808 Adhesive. I was in about $100 in materials. I notice the rear hatch has a "headliner"........I think I'll do that next as well. PSA: This guy's video on YT is a gem

POST 2Original post

Looks great.! I outsourced reupholstery on mine but did the removal and installation myself. Putting the visor covers was indeed very annoying and also broke one of the clips as well.

POST 3Original post

Thank you! I really want to tackle that small flat piece on the hatch. That would be a breeze after taking that big lug of a headliner out

POST 4Original post

Very nice job. I’m getting ready to tackle my rear hatch cover. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

POST 5Original post

Awesome. Let me know how it goes. I'm going to order more fabric and start mine soon. It really should be a piece of cake after doing the main headliner......hopefully.

POST 6Original post

I’ll probably start on it next weekend. We’re supposed to have some nasty weather. I rather drive it during the week when it’s nice Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
