Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

The console is covered with carpet and available in most factory carpet colors. A black plastic trim, which is needed after you remove the original console, is included. Available in most interior colors.

Life is funny sometimes. I have been on the German and UK Boxster message boards a few years. On the early Euro Boxsters the front center console was an option you had to pay for, or you got the GT3 look. Console was standard on North American cars. They want the console with the storage bins. We want the opposite.
The delete is good for people with long legs.
The delete was standard on the 2004 Boxster special edition unless you ordered the no cost optional console. This is not an early UK car with the delete.
heh, heh...That's an AJUSA steering wheel.
Good eye. The stalk on the wheel IS a bit longer. I like it a lot more and more each day I drive. It's very comfortable and the wheel itself is larger and more ergonomic that the OEM wheel.

The console delete is comprised of (2) parts:
986-552-113-02-A10 Carpeted Panel List=$128.87
986-552-241-02-A03 Plastic Cover List=$23.79
Both are commonly available at the Atlanta PDC and thus from your local dealer. They do appear to be cheaper on the surface from Suncoast, however, you have to pay shipping, so it is likely a wash. They are also available as a "kit" from Carnewal, but why pay $50 to import them, that's just nuts. The little 3.5" fill panel appears to be available from Carnewal in a leather trim option, however, does not appear be be an option in the US catalogues. Carnewal charges 42 USD plus all the import charges to get that little nonsense piece in leather, but if you have to have it is available there.
I hope this helps clear up any confusion on the console delete.
