Well, it had to happen, I have finally parted company with my Cayman after 4 glorious years and 70,000 miles. It was having to replace the gearbox that did it, I decided enough was enough, wanted a new car with a proper warranty and all. Everyone seems to be going on about the mythical Cayman GT4 with 400hp so I got what I though was the next best thing, a 991-50. And very nice it is too. Quite like a big Cayman with everything turned up to 11, and a sun roof. Bought it second hand with a whole 1200 miles on it, not actually run in yet, and the only pics I have are the ones I took in the shop. I'm still messing about with it at the moment working out what all the buttons do and trying to drive it smoothly with the PDK - yes no more manual.

Wow. Thats the one I want for sure. And the plaid seat inserts on those are just perfect. I wish I could find one just like it. I'd be hard pressed to not hit up the old home equity credit line and doing something foolish. Best of luck with it.:cheers:
