About to make my trek across the US from Vegas to NC and need to ship my 3 cars. I have received several quotes but the prices are all over the place. There is a delta as much as $1000 between companies.
So......what companies have you used and what pros and cons would you like to share to help me make an informed decision.

I used BT Auto out of California to ship my car from New Jersey to Houston in enclosed carrier. I was impressed that everythign they told me turned out to be exactly what they told me. I got my car right before Christmas and many carriers were giving me low ball quotes, and then they would tell me they would have the thing to me the 2nd week of January, or if I wanted to pay 800 more they could get it to me in a week. I spoke with Tay Bashir who is the owner of BT Auto, and she was straight with me from the start. He quote was quite a bit higher than everyone else, but I was not worried about getting ripped off or the old bait and switch. My car was picked up when she said it would be picked up, and delivered about 1 day earlier than she told me to expect it. I would use them again. the email is

I used DeMoise Trk-ing based in Greer, SC. Number is 8646099390. They delivered as promised in a covered rig. I had the drivers cell # and he gave me updates during the trip. Not sure if they would accomodate you, but I'd give them a call. Very happy!

Jee, I did get a quote from Intercity. But WOW! they are pricey. And they didn't even offer a multicar discount when I asked for the quote (3 cars). They do seem like to better one to do the 911 since they have the auto lift and covered transport, etc.

I saw a CGT getting prepared for unloading from Intercity. They had men covered up head to toe in protective gear. it looked like a scene from the movie, "Outbreak". Now that's what i call white glove delivery!
I also read that CEC (Tuning parts distributor for TechArt, Novitec, etc) also offers transport services. You may want to give them a call: [phone removed].
I would say you don't want just a covered transport, but enclosed trasport. That is what I used, and car arrived in perfect condition.

I used DeMoise Trk-ing in November. I tried to use them for a car I tried to purchase earlier but never bought. They were honest about not being able to fit it in to their system. When I did use them, they did exactly what they said they would do. I received telephone calls from the driver as he was on his way. I could not have been more pleased.
I have used Intercity 4 or 5 times. The car always shows up in one piece and you can tell that it is very well cared for in transit. They are pricey and you will wait quite a while to get in the queue - but there is value in piece of mind.
It looks like Intercity for my 911 and then one of the "others" to ship both my others (Pepper and Z).
That B&T company subs out the transport according to their website.
