Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

just checking when my next service was due and it would appear that whoever stamped the service history last has not returned the service book to the document folder in the glove box! I'm gonna call the garage concerned tomorrow but not hopeful that they'll just happen to say - ah yes, it's been here for the last 12 months! Presumably I can recreate this on a document of some kind if it doesn't turn up as the car does have a full service history which should help its eventual resale value? Anyone know anything about this?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

no gaps so should be ok on that one. I'm mildly cheesed off though as I know it isnt me who has misplaced it, I literally never touch the thing!
