Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Filled and partly purged air with bleed valve on header tank but heater was blowing cold.Engine temperature was running spot on so took it for a spin up the road which settled the air out within 100meters and heater now ok + level settled and held ok after a good blast round in it.PS dont think this method will ever be in any Porsche manual and wouldnt recommend it unless your as impatient as me :hand: .thanks for the help lads.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

HAVE HAD A PIPE COME UNCLIPPED OF FRONT RADIATOR AND I NOW NEED TO KNOW HOW TO BLEED THE COOLANT SYSTEM CORRECTLY PLEASE ADVISE HAS ANYBODY GOT ANY IDEAS THANKS

POST 2Original post

I don't think the Turbo is as easy as the Carrera in that you vacuum fill it or leave the air bleed valve open on the coolant tank and rev it a few times when warm. I think you need the PST2 or PIWIS. I may be wrong.

POST 3Original post

Min is correct, there is a routine for bleeding the cooling system in the Special Functions Menu of the PST2 or PIWIS.
