Hi, I finally got around to replace the battery for my spare key (MY99 C4). However, the key doesn't work :dont know: I have always assumed it was the battery at fault for it not working but now I'm unsure. Is there anything I need to do when replacing the battery? Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Andy

Have you tried the spare key to see if it works? If not you might need to get someone with a Durametric/PST2/PIWIS tester to see what the fault is. If the spare key works then its likely the original key fob is faulty or needs coded again.
