Fellows: I am interest to get my CS computer remap, I need to know the following need to get some ideas: 1. Does GIAC the best tunning software for Cayman S? 2. After the remap, does it affact he idling? Will it be rough? 3. What wil be the gain in HP? 4. Do they need to remap on the car or just send the ECU to do the process? 5. I heard we need to change into bigger thottle area to make a difference, does it sound right? I already have the Fabspeed header with sport cat and Fabspeed exchaust as well as BMC filter. Other thing, after I got the wheel chang to 19 inch, and the exchaust change, I feel the car has less powder in low end (slower) But high end is much better. For me to resolve the low end power lack, If I chang the sport clutch, will it solve this issue? Please help! :cheers:

1. Its not so much the software, as it is the tuner. In this case, GIAC has been tuning for 15 years and is known to be smooth and reliable. 2. Idle will be the same as stock. 3. 10-15 hp and 6-8 ft/lbs gain as claimed by GIAC 4. If you are not local, you can just send the ECU. 5. No. You will need at least an EVO In-box Cold Air Intake. As for the change in wheel/ tire package. If your overall diameter is larger, you are making the final drive taller... which will account for loss of low end and improved top end. However, simply the additional weight and larger rotating mass of a 19 inch wheel/ tire package will slow the car down on the low end. A sport clutch has nothing to do with this unless it is slipping.
