I have checked the tire pressure and it is a bit low when I first start, but then after driving a little bit, the tire pressure gets to the normal psi.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

i am not quite sure what kind of noise it is, but, after a long day at work, I head to my car and when I try to turn the wheel, I hear some kind of rubbing noise. It sounds like the tire is flat kind of rubbing. I have checked the tire pressure and it is a bit low when I first start, but then after driving a little bit, the tire pressure gets to the normal psi. I have checked the tire thread and it seems normal. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Beez for the link to the other threads. I to noticed this same issue and was wondering. It only seems to happen when the weather is cold and I turn sharply. I also felt the car skip/slip which would indicate to me that the tires lost grip. Now it all makes sense to me.
