Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

i think it's great that over half of the respondents use their porsches as daily drivers.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Once a week driver. I'm driving it about 40 miles a week. That'll be about 2000 miles a year. I want to drive it more, but hate to park it in the public parking lot at work. It's torture not being able to drive it more often. I did take it to work once and was horrified to see 7 rock chips on the bumper and hood driving it for the very first time. For some reason, drivers of big trucks with large wheels, liked to speed past me and cut me off, showering me with rocks. I never had that happen to me before in my S4.
I wish I could drive mine more but clients are not very appreciative when you rock up with a porsche
This means I drive around in a Maxima or sometimes the A6. Therefore I have only put 11km in 2 years on the car - garage queen for me then (only by definition above). I would drive it daily (bar wet days) if I could though.
Like ArthurK, I would love to be a daily driver but as a custom home builder/appraiser my Tundra pickup is much more suited. I drive it about 8k-10k per year (I think) I have 4500 miles on it now-bought it in October.
i think it's great that over half of the respondents use their porsches as daily drivers. i had to get a second one because my wife was jealous. the only trouble is now she likes the turbo better! arrrgh!!!!
Not quite a daily driver yet, but still 3,000 miles in 3 months. I kept my other car and TRY to split the driving, but it's really hard to leave the P-car in the garage. Full-time daily driver would be 1,500 - 2,000 per month.
I rarely use it during the week. I use my Alpha Romeo 145 instead.
At the weekend we take to the Welsh hills, driving, walking.
However I do take my 996 on a 500mile trip once every month. So I tend to clock up about 8-10k per year. But I selected weekend driver for te poll.
I have had five Porsches over the years and all have been daily drivers. We are now looking at a Boxster for my wife for her daily driver and thus relegating the Honda Pilot to weekend/garage queen status. I hope that doesn't cause a wrinkle in the fabric of the space-time continuum
Daily driver, but I'm also close to the office so I've only done 31K miles in 3.75 years.
For folks in the SF Bay Area, the fun drive is to the occasional 8am Sunday morning soccer game, when I have to zip down 280 from Woodside to Palo Alto. I occasionally exceed the posted speed limit SLIGHTLY :-)

Daily driver. I drive it everywhere I go and even sometimes when I don't have anywhere to go. I have 7,000 miles on it in less than 4 months. (Over half of the miles are two lane highways.)

Mine is a daily driver of limited sorts... usually drive it to the gym or there abouts a few days per week. We always use it on wkends. Although my company is 60mi away in OCty, I only go in every few months. Have an outstanding office at home.
