So when I’m at low speeds like in a parking lot, I hear this noise like metal on metal rotational scraping/squealing as I turn the steering wheel left. I have been recommended to check wheel bearings although I can’t personally feel any play when the car is off the ground. Curious if anyone else has ran into this issue.

The first thing I would do is check the power steering fluid level.
If it makes a sort-of groaning noise with a minir movement of the steering wheel (while stationary), I had that. I think it is called a strut bearing? A short-term fix is to hit the struts with
WD40
. Up near the top where the strut tower bolts to the chassis.
This sounds very mechanical and not like a whining pump, but I will check just to be sure
No noises while stationary but I’ll check those regardless, any pics of where those are located?
I hear a high-pitched pulsating sound. If the pulsating of the noise is dependent on wheel speed (that's what it seems like in the video) then possibly wheel bearings. Possibly a braking component instead.
I've done strut bearings on multiple vehicles. Your issue does not seem like strut bearing at all.
Yeah I’m leaning towards wheel bearings at this point, just don’t want to throw parts at it if it doesn’t fix the issue. Question is whether it’s the fronts or the backs but I’m guessing fronts if it has to do with turning.
Well, the dragging issue was definitely my brake pads. Took them off and the
rotor
spun fine without noise, I cleaned the pads, rotors, and calipers as much as possible so hopefully, that helps. If not, I plan on changing pads, fluid, and all hardware before the
next
track day so I should be good. On a side note: remember to
plug
back in all wires or else your ABS and Traction will be no bueno during brake bedding
