My 986 has had multiple owners and I checked an old service invoice for work done and it references two parts codes (below) used when the wipers were previously replaced, but nothing that pops up looks like mine when I search those parts:

Suggestion

Just grab a pair of Hella or Bosch etc at Rockauto or like and they will use the standard hook w/ latch set-up and look OEM w/o some bulky adapter.
