And, does the computer module check come up on Carfax if one has a regular service?

I wonder if there is a front-end issue as that was checked twice, at 10K miles and again at 20K miles...

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

I'm looking at this certified 911 ( 997.1 , 30k miles). Should I be concerned about it having four owners? CARFAX Vehicle History Report for this 2006 PORSCHE 911 CARRERA S Thanks for any input.

POST 2Original post

One person owned it for 15 days? I wonder if there is a front-end issue as that was checked twice, at 10K miles and again at 20K miles... And, does the computer module check come up on Carfax if one has a regular service? (I'm asking, I have no idea ...)

POST 4Original post

Yeah, I had a funny feeling about it myself. Thanks for the feedback folks. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

POST 5Original post

I dont think there is owner #3. To me it looks like car has been traded in while still being financed and Porsche of Englewood (or whatever name they go under) bought it out from financing company. So technically they had it in their possession from 8/27/10 through 1/11/11 As for the records in question - call the dealership who did the service and ask if they have any notes about the car. Tell them you are purchasing the car and wonder why they had to perform the checks...

POST 6Original post

4 people made the decision to sell it , question is why ? Cheers.

POST 7Original post

So they could buy a Cayman instead of course! :hilarious:

POST 8Original post

To many electrical issues. I would stay clear.
