Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just got my PSE installed. Can only describe it with the one word my 19 year old used.... SWEET. I know as i drive it will only get better. I love this car.

POST 2Original post

Do you have the cut-off switch installed too? I'm going to get the PSE but I live in a real quite area and would like to shut it off... Thanks, Rob

POST 3Original post

has any heard most of the exhausts available for our cars? Just curious about the differences between PSE, Fabspeed, GHL, etc?. Never heard anyone say anything bad about any exhausts on here considering there are some huge price differences between them.

POST 4Original post

You'll love it more each time you drive it, especially with the windows down!

POST 5Original post

I have the GHL they are louder but not by that much than stock. As far as comparing to PSE it is a little quiter but not much. To answer Deputy you have to hear them side by side. I bought GHL cause you just can't beat the $679 deal. The PSE you also can't go wrong with OE. I'm satisfied with the GHL. As far as using the switch I don't see why? I don't think my car is loud for even a quite area. If riad neighbor complain they must be real sensitive.

POST 6Original post

wish i could hear them all side by side. tough decision. fabspeed's price seems pretty fair for exhaust. the pse seems a little overpriced, although i'm sure it's good. the ghl is a sweet bargain, but i prefer it to be on the louder side. have you heard the pse and the fabspeed together?

POST 7Original post

If you want the best sounds IMHO get the PSE or RUF... I recently heard a sound clip of the GHL and its good (especially for the price) anything sounds better than stock... the fabspeed is totally different sound altogether.

POST 9Original post

PSE is the best money I ever spent on a car! I wish they made one for the Turbo... Roy ps. I did not hook up the electronics, I just keep the RPM below 2500 until I'm out of the neighborhood.

POST 10Original post

Well... not particularly.... made the car sound "American"... the RUF and PSE are incredible.... different octaves as you go through the RPMs... thats how a Porsche should sound!

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I did not connect the electronics. Didn't need to be quite around home and it is not that loud just luscious sounding. Can't imagine wanting it turned off. I got mine from Suncoast. Phil Anderson there was great to deal with, real pro. I got mine for $1550 to my door. Not the best price but a good one. What a difference it makes.

POST 12Original post

Does anyone know how many horses you get w/PSE. New to porsche, sorry for dumb question.

POST 13Original post

none... at the same time though... you don't lose any HP!!
