Saw what may be a good deal. Don't know much about the brand. Most ads I've see advertise exhausts for 99-04, although I've seen a few that say 99-01, and 02-04? Is there a difference if you're just going to use the mufflers without headers?

For MY02 996s, the rear overhang of the bumper was extended approximately 2 inches. Pre-02 mufflers will probably fit, but the tips will be short (meaning, they won't stick out far enough). With post-cat sport muffs, you're really investing in "sound enhancement" with maybe some gain in top-end hp.
