Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

What's this game? Jeopardy? Do we have to state our answer in the form of a question?

POST 4Original post

The issue is i bought the car without ecu And module under the drivers seat. I ordered the ecu and immobilizer and key ignition also they sent me key. But the thing was the ecu didnt match the vin or something idk its been 8 months nobody in saudia Arabia can fix my car. And porsche is asking too much for the repairs. After been to too many mechanics. Last guy told to buy the whole system ecu modul under seat immobilizer key key ignition alaram all the electronic components and replace them all togther from a used car. Like i am also thinking to buy the whole ecu and every module from 1 car and replace it. Will it work or not?

POST 5Original post

Like i guess ecu immobilizer . Key ignition with key. Lock under the steering. Alarm module also modul under the seat. Or can somebody help me and tell me which components I should buy from scrap yard from 1 car to start my car and kindly let mw know the components location also. And does that also need reprogramming or i should just replace all of them and the car will run? . Boxster 987 2.7 automatic transmission.
