Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

As usual, porsches4ed to the rescue (the first part of his X51 intake install article): 3.8S intake (X51) on 3.4 - Articles Since he had an aftermarket plenum in, you might also want to look at this article for removing the stock plenum: Softronic Plenum Install - Articles and this article by K-man S also has some info, and shows his paint job: Intake Manifold Cleaning and Painting - Articles Hope that helps . . .

POST 3Original post

Thanx for your quick reply, but the link 3.8s intake doesn't work, is it the right one?

POST 4Original post

It works when I click on it - are you not getting the page at all, or just not getting the pictures?

POST 5Original post

the page starts and shows the header but nothing else and then my internetconnection crashes. very strange

POST 6Original post

There are a lot of photos in his article, which are all linked to an offsite server (Photobucket), so that may be why you are having a problem. I will refer the issue to Admin to see if anyone has a solution for you, since I'm not sure how to help with that.
