This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

I've been giving this some thought as an alternative to the more expensive (though more flexible) set-ups as I'm planning to do a few DE's a year at most, and I know the car already has way more capability than I have skills.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Cayman R springs are going on my non PASM Cayman S gen2 tomorrow, I'm not liking the current 4x4 look, I'll take some before and aft pictures as well as posting a brief low down on what it rides like.

Will you make any other suspension changes? Shocks Camber Sway bars bushings Cayman R Suspension Retrofit orsche Parts & Porsche Accessories - Wholesale Porsche Parts & Tequipment - Cayman Panamera Cayenn Just curious.

POST 3Original post

Very interested to see how it goes. Are you planning to track the car or just get the right look? I've been giving this some thought as an alternative to the more expensive (though more flexible) set-ups as I'm planning to do a few DE's a year at most, and I know the car already has way more capability than I have skills.

POST 4Original post

The 4x4 look does bother me too but from a ride perspective it's already perfect so I'm affraid to mess with it. I'm eager to hear your impressions, especially on the differences in ground clearance and scraping stuff...

POST 5Original post

Rehashing an old thread... Did you use the stock S shocks? How did they hold up? The part number for the shocks on a 2010 S and a 2012 R are the same so I'm guessing putting the R springs on the S should not have detrimental effects on the S shocks? Or is that too simple a deduction. Advise appreciated as this looks the best and safest way to go for a light (23mm) drop without compromising stock shocks
