Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

not smooth cars to drive not suited for every day use IMO
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Spoiler motion gives me a thrill every time
Quite an exclusive car in these parts
Motorbike performance and perfect daily driver
We have some of the worst b roads in the country and this car compromises well enough
175 mph high perfomance sports car with rear seats?
I have made one change and that is clear light corners I am very pleased with the look
Porsche owner for life now I feel
Well what else is there?
I'm surprised about the comments about it not being a good daily driver and not good around town.
I haven't had mine long but my initial thoughts are that it feels amost like two different cars - one that's pretty docile, fairly refined and easy to drive when you're not pushing on, and another that's quite a beast when you start to be a bit heavier with the right foot.
But Sundeep's car is a Manthey modded GT3... :wink:
My C4 was an excellent daily driver in most circumstances, but with it's MO30 chassis and GT3 Aerokit, it couldn't cope with the disgraceful roads out in the sticks, where I live... So it has been replaced with a more practical car for the time being!
Other than that, I think the only thing I didn't like about my 996 was the depreciation!
+
* sound (PSE)
* handling
* amazing all-round visibility making it great to drive around town
* practicality - that rear space is magic
* it is far quicker and more rewarding to drive in real life than on paper
-
* RMS
* interior plastic (e.g. indicator stalk) - a small gripe, really
I haven't had mine very long, I use it EVERY day without fail, its fab round town and brill on the motorway.
Love the way turns from being well behaved into a beast when you put your foot down
Dislikes...ummmm no there aren't any
:thumb:
- Targa hatch - if only they could all have this fitted
- Performance and economy balance
- Engine's torque low down and love of revs up top (similar to last comment)
- Sound - particularly with Fabspeed mufflers
- Rear wiper - I prefer to be able to see out when it's raining rather than stand outside assessing the aesthetics (see later comment!)
:nooo:
- crappy stalks around the steering wheel - like something from a VW 2 or 3 generations back.
- Analogue speedo is useless - thankfully the digi one is good.
- Rear wiper - why no washer??
- Attracts wee sh*tes when parked in the street!!

:thumb:
- Only high performance car that is capable of being driven on a daily basis
- The noise with PSE
- Exceptional torque/driveability, work the gears or not to suit the situation
- Visibility
- Perfect driving position
- Exterior look
:frustrated:
- Roof squeaks sometimes
- Why does everything seem to be 10mm too wide or high for the boot??
- MOST Audio system has no decent iPod options
- Speedo is a waste of space
- Controls in general pretty basic and have no style.
- CD storage unit
Didn't buy it to be plush on the inside or to have a great HiFi, bought it to drive... love it
