Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

Patience is a virtue for this mod and I had to be very careful not to smear any of the silicone into places that couldn't be cleaned up later (i.e., a little smudge on the gauge face was easily cleaned up because semi-dry silicone can be rubbed away with a finger but crevasses would be difficult to clean).

Suggestion

I found that I had to use a generous amount of silicone with each ring and had to commit several minutes to pressing on each one while the adhesive firmed up.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

My trim rings from perf products (That I thought I permantly adheared) <img border="0" alt="[crying]" title="" src="graemlins/crying.gif" /> came off and ruined the faces of my original instrument cluster <img border="0" alt="[crying]" title="" src="graemlins/crying.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[ouch]" title="" src="graemlins/c.gif" /> So now I need a new cluster becuase these rings do not seem to be availiale any more to cover up the damage - <img border="0" alt="[nono]" title="" src="graemlins/nono.gif" />
