I ordered the Carrera Powerkit some weeks ago and the kit finally arrived from Germany. (I know what you guys think about the conversion i.e. cost /value equation does not fit the bill) Nevertheless...I ordered the package. What was supposed to be 27 hrs. of labor will be turning into close to THREE weeks without my car! Apparently the powerkits were missing a new a/c hose (dealer had three kits in stock) and only discovered this error from the factory three days after starting the project. Delivery of said hose would be 5 to 7 working days from Germany...and on and on and on. I got a flippant comment from the service guy saying don't worry, you'll have the hottest C4S around etc..etc... all I can say is I hope this will be worth it, I am starting to get a bad feeling about this turn of events. An a/c hose holding up the job for such a long time? The casual comment from the service guy really rankled me...sort of a "too bad for you", insincere to say the very least. I'm just venting a bit here but it is very disappointing.

Boy that stinks you should have bought a used chip ecu and beat on that thing for a while! That was the rental car right? I am maybe bad, but I always "have fun" with the rental cars when I have them, ebrake slides etc.

great offer, thanks, I will keep you posted on the progress. I hate to point fingers any closer over the forum......wait and see how they make out. I understand not many X51s made it to TO area. Congrats! Have you posted any pics of your car?
My understanding from PCNA was 110 cars. I only know of 3 so far, JLJ makes 4. My opinion, especially after driving a 'regular' 02 this weekend is it is worth every penny!
